Join us in an exciting story full of twists, new discoveries, a rich mythology and the search of what lays at the core of the Clans of the mountain. After sealing a pact with two fickle gods, Helios of the Sun and Aletheia of the Moon, twin clans live under the shadow of their pact, and the price paid to live another day.
YOU CAN APPRECIATE THE LIGHT... BUT BEFORE THAT, YOU MUST KNOW DARKNESS.
The Sun and Moon rain down chaos and tragedy over the Clans, as punishment for crimes finally revealed. Tension rises between both groups as they're forced out of their homes, and a call from the past haunts those with enough sense to listen.
No No No. Why were they here? Their clan flooded but did they HAVE to come to their clan? He’d heard the territories were nice so couldn’t they just stay there? The light black bengal sat outside of the apprentice den, his back pressing up against as if wishing he could disappear inside of it. He sat there and counted as the first 5 Sunclanners came in, then the next 5, then the next 15 and at some point he simply stopped counting. His eyes couldn’t stay focused on one of them for a moment as his pale blue eyes flickered to someone else. Frogpaw had still been a kit at the last gathering and unable to attend himself so his first time meeting the other clan was as they now invaded his camp. So much for good first impressions.
He had sat there quietly and listened to the leader’s go back and forth and what to do in regard to the situation and they reached the conclusion he had been dreading. They were going to stay. With that, the apprentice rose to his paws not quickly moving his way through the clan. The apprentice often cowered which made himself appear smaller than he truly was but when he did stand his height often took many by surprise. He had always been scrawny and when he grew taller it just added to his awkward appearance. His white dipped paws carried him back into the apprentice’s den and when he emerged again his nest was gripped tightly between his teeth. “No-no. Back tae nursery.” Surely no one would be upset if he moved his nest back to the nursery temporarily. After it it would clear up space in the apprentice den and he could make sure he stayed out of the way.
